Your first visit to a new clinic can feel uncertain. At Rani Beauty Clinic in Renton, WA, we want you to arrive informed, comfortable, and confident about what to expect. Here is your complete first-visit guide.
Before your visit: Complete any intake forms sent to you in advance. These forms collect your medical history, allergies, current medications, and areas of concern. Completing them before your appointment allows your provider to review your information and prepare for a focused consultation rather than spending appointment time on paperwork.
What to bring: A list of all current medications and supplements. Your identification and payment method. Any photos or references of results you are hoping to achieve (for aesthetic treatments). Questions you want to ask during your consultation. Previous medical records if relevant to your treatment goals.
Arriving at the clinic: Our clinic is located at 401 Olympia Ave NE, Suite 101, Renton, WA 98056. Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and any remaining paperwork. Our front desk team will welcome you and guide you through the check-in process.
The consultation: Your provider will review your intake information, discuss your concerns and goals, examine the treatment area (for aesthetic concerns), and recommend a treatment plan. This is a two-way conversation. Share your expectations openly, ask questions, and provide honest feedback about your comfort level with the recommendations.
For aesthetic consultations: Your provider may take photographs for your medical record and to track progress over time. They will assess your skin type, facial structure, skin quality, and specific areas of concern. The assessment informs treatment recommendations that are personalized to your individual needs.
For weight management consultations: Dr. Landfield will review your health history, previous weight loss attempts, current medications, and goals. In-house blood work may be drawn during your first visit. A personalized treatment plan including medication selection, dosing, and nutritional guidance will be developed based on your evaluation.
For wellness injection visits: Your provider will review your health history and discuss which injections align with your goals. If you have recent lab work showing your vitamin levels, bring those results. Otherwise, baseline lab work may be recommended to guide injection selection.
Treatment at your first visit: Depending on the service, treatment may or may not occur during your first visit. HydraFacials, wellness injections, and some consultations can include same-day treatment. More complex treatments like injectable procedures or laser treatments typically begin at a follow-up appointment after your consultation.
Pricing and payment: Treatment pricing is discussed during your consultation. We believe in transparency and will provide clear cost information before any treatment begins. We accept multiple payment methods and can discuss membership options and financing if applicable.
After your visit: You will receive aftercare instructions for any treatment performed, scheduled follow-up appointments, and contact information for questions that arise between visits. Our team is accessible and responsive to post-visit inquiries.
