Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light (typically 630-660nm red and 810-850nm near-infrared) to stimulate cellular energy production and natural healing processes. This non-invasive treatment is growing in popularity for both skin health and overall wellness.
For skin, red light therapy stimulates collagen production, reduces inflammation, accelerates wound healing, and improves overall skin tone and texture. It is particularly beneficial as a complement to other treatments — many patients add red light sessions to enhance recovery after RF microneedling, chemical peels, or other aesthetic procedures.
Beyond skin, near-infrared wavelengths penetrate deeper to support muscle recovery, reduce joint inflammation, and promote cellular energy (ATP) production. Athletes and active adults use red light therapy to accelerate recovery between workouts.
Sessions are relaxing and take about 15-20 minutes. You lie comfortably while LED panels deliver therapeutic light to targeted areas. There is no pain, heat, or UV exposure. Red light therapy has no downtime and can be done as frequently as 2-3 times per week.
