Confirm the person, product and proposed area
Ask who will assess and inject, which product is proposed and which area the plan covers. Request the product Medication Guide. Discuss the change you hope for, limitations and alternatives; choosing an advertised number of units is not a substitute for assessment.
Decide only after the quote is clear

Take a written care and contact plan home
If treatment proceeds, ask for instructions for your actual procedure and how to contact the clinic. Confirm when your response will be reviewed and what would justify an earlier assessment. Do not assume a fixed result date, symptom duration or complimentary adjustment.
