During Your Treatment
Consultation
Your provider will assess your facial anatomy, discuss your goals, and recommend a customized injection plan. This is a collaborative conversation - your input matters.
Preparation
The treatment areas are cleansed and marked. A topical numbing cream may be applied if desired, though most patients find it unnecessary.
Injection
Using an ultra-fine needle, your provider precisely places small amounts of Botox into targeted muscles. Most patients describe the sensation as a brief pinch - far less painful than expected.
Assessment
Your provider evaluates symmetry and ensures even placement. Minor adjustments may be made for optimal results.
Aftercare Review
You'll receive personalized aftercare instructions and your provider will answer any remaining questions before you leave.
After Your Treatment
Remain upright for at least 4 hours after treatment - avoid lying down or bending over
Do not touch, rub, or massage the treated areas for 24 hours to prevent migration
Skip strenuous exercise, saunas, and hot tubs for 24 hours
Mild redness or small bumps at injection sites are normal and typically resolve within 30 minutes to a few hours
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours post-treatment to reduce bruising risk
