Wellness and aesthetic care should be accessible to every person regardless of physical ability, sensory difference, or cognitive variation. At Rani Beauty Clinic in Renton, WA, we are committed to providing inclusive care that accommodates the diverse needs of all patients.

Physical accessibility is the foundation of inclusive care. Our clinic is designed to accommodate patients who use wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices. Treatment rooms are accessible, and treatment positions can be modified to accommodate patients who cannot lie in standard positions. If you have specific physical needs, we welcome you to discuss them before your appointment so we can prepare appropriately.

Communication accessibility means ensuring every patient can participate fully in their care. For patients who are deaf or hard of hearing, we can arrange sign language interpretation services or communicate through written exchanges. For patients with visual impairments, we provide verbal descriptions of procedures and outcomes. For patients with cognitive differences, we adjust our pace, use clear language, and welcome support persons who help with communication.

Sensory accommodations are available for patients with sensory processing differences. Treatment rooms can be adjusted for lighting, sound, and temperature. Patients who are sensitive to touch receive additional communication about what each step of treatment will feel like. Patients who find the clinical environment overwhelming are welcome to bring comfort items, noise-canceling headphones, or support persons.

Treatment modifications ensure that patients with disabilities receive appropriate care. Patients with limited mobility may need adjusted positioning during treatments. Patients with limited hand function may need modified skincare routines that they can maintain independently. Patients with chronic pain conditions may need altered protocols that account for their pain levels. Our providers work with each patient to develop approaches that are both effective and comfortable.

Weight management for patients with physical disabilities requires specialized approaches. Patients who cannot engage in traditional exercise may still benefit from GLP-1 medications and nutritional modifications that support weight goals. Caloric needs and metabolic rates differ for patients with limited mobility, and treatment plans should account for these differences rather than applying standard recommendations.

Wellness injections are accessible to patients with various disabilities and provide nutritional support that may be particularly important for individuals whose conditions affect nutrient absorption or who take medications that deplete specific nutrients. IM injections are quick, require no specific positioning, and deliver consistent doses regardless of digestive function.

Mental health considerations are important for patients with disabilities who often face additional stressors including ableism, limited access, social isolation, and the emotional toll of navigating a world not designed for them. Our team approaches every patient with empathy and creates an environment where patients feel respected and valued.

Aesthetic goals are valid for every person. Patients with disabilities deserve to feel confident in their appearance just as any other patient does. The assumption that disabled individuals do not care about aesthetics is itself a form of ableism. We support every patient's desire to look and feel their best, whatever that means for them individually.

Caregiver communication is part of inclusive care when patients have support persons involved in their medical decisions. We ensure that conversations include the patient directly, even when a caregiver is present, and respect the patient's autonomy in all treatment decisions.

Feedback helps us improve. We welcome input from patients about how we can make our clinic more accessible and our care more inclusive. If there is something we can do better to serve your needs, we want to know. Our commitment to inclusivity is ongoing, not a destination we have reached.

At Rani Beauty Clinic, every patient is welcome. Your disability does not define your wellness journey. Your goals, your preferences, and your comfort guide the care we provide.
